1. How can I become a wholesale customer?
Click on 'New Retailer Register Here' on the top RHS of website, fill in your details and click 'Submit' if your application has been successful you will be emailed a password which will enable you to log in.
2. Are the crystals that I order the same as the crystals in the photos?
We will send crystals, as close as possible to the photos on the website, each crystal is unique and it is almost certain that the crystal in the photo has already been sold, in which case you will receive an equally beautiful crystal. Some of the larger crystals are sold individually in which case you will receive the crystals that are in the photos.
3. How long before my order is sent and I receive it?
We will send your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, depending on your location from Shellharbour NSW. You should receive your order 1 to 8 days, some remote areas of Australia can take an extra few days depending on your location.
4. How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment by Visa & Mastercard, also by direct deposit. Payment needs to be made before your order is sent.
5. Can I visit the warehouse?.
Yes, we welcome trade visitors, please call 02 4297 4975 to make an appointment.
6. What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Thursday 8am - 3pm and Friday by appointment.
Closed Saturday/Sunday & public holidays, and 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year Holidays.
7. How do I place an order?
Once logged in you will be able to view the wholesale prices, quantities available, sizes and pieces per item, of all the crystals. You can then add items to your 'Shopping Cart' when your order is complete click 'checkout' and make payment through our Commonwealth Bank secured online payment system using your credit card or click on 'Direct Deposit' to make payment through internet banking. If you recquire more time to create an order all items that you place in your shopping cart will be automatically saved and will still be there when you next log in.
8. How acurate is the content on the website?
We update the details on the website daily to ensure all content is accurate. All items on the website are available and in stock.
9. Can I order and who is allowed to order from HWH Crystals?
We are a wholesale company and only sell to other businesses. if you have a business then you qualify to purchase crystals from HWH Crystals.
